Nota de Prensa sobre la situacion en el Líbano

We, the young people of Europe, can no longer tolerate the human suffering that is being inflicted by the army of the Israeli state through its use of unecessary force. An Arab, a Muslim, has an equal right to a life as that of one Israeli soldier, who were wrongly used as excuse for an invasion of Lebanon by Israel.

We call on the institutions of the European Union and the Security Council of the United Nations to create the conditions necessary to facilitate the:

1) Immediate evacuation of Lebanon by the Israeli forces.

2) Evacuation of the Palestinian territories by the Israeli forces and the recognition of the Palestinian state state.

3) Immediate imposition of United Nations peace keeping forces in Israel, Lebanon and the Palestinian nation ? the three states in conflict.

4) Establishment of a frame of agreement among all parties in, directly involved in the conflict (Israel, Palestine and Lebanon and between the United States, United Kingdom and France on the one hand and Iran, Syria on the other) in order to set up a peace solution that guarantees the stability and prosperity of the region.

We demand that the European Union and other relevent European institutions to take responsibility in this crisis and use all its force and influence to achieve political resolution.

Nosotros, jovenes de Europa, no podemos tolerar por más tiempo las aberraciones humanas que esta llevando a cabo el ejercito del estado israelí. Un arabe, un musulman, tiene tanto derecho a una vida digna como los 3 soldados que falsamente usan como excusa de su invasion del Libano.

Por ello proponemos a las instituciones de la Union y al Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU que adopten urgentemente las medidas necesarias para ejecutar:

1) La evacuación inmediata del Libano por parte de las fuerzas hebreas

2) Evacuación de los territorios de Palestina por parte de las fuerzas hebreas y el reconocimiento inmediato del estado propio que el pueblo palestino lleva tantos años deseando

3) Envio inmediato de fuerzas de interposicion bajo control de la ONU, fuerzas de paz a desplegar en Israel, en Libano y en Palestina, los tres estados en conflicto

4) Establecer un marco de acuerdo entre todas partes implicadas (las directamente- Israel, Palestina y Libano; y las indirectas, Estados Unidos, Reino Unido y Francia por un lado e Iran, Siria por otro) para establecer un sistema definitivo que garantice la paz y la estabilidad en la región

Exigimos a la Union Europea haga posible que responda a su responsabilidad historica en la región con toda su fuerza y todas las ramas de su acción política.
